It says that my Username or Password is wrong.CAUSE:
- If you have free trial you have probably reached the limit of 5 session per day.
- Your VPN service is not active.
- You have used wrong username or password.
- Rarely this can be caused by ISP restrictions.
- Log in to the Members Area and check whether your service is active.
- Be sure that you use the correct username and password. The username and password are the same for the Members Area and the VPN connection.
- If you are not sure about your password you can generate a new one HERE.
